For the first time ever, Flashforward will be held in state capital of Texas, Austin. The capital is home to the Texas History Museum, the University of Texas, Dell Computer Corporation, the Austin City Limits music festival, and enough live music venues to grant it the title "Live Music Capital of the World." Not to mention the abundance of amazing barbecue and Tex-Mex restaurants...

The conference venue, the Hilton Austin, is one of the newest and most beautiful hotels in the area. The location is perfect: right in the heart of the renowned Sixth Street district and a few blocks from the Warehouse district. You'll find lots of historic buildings, interesting shops, restaurants, clubs, and local color just outside the hotel doors.

The hotel is brand new, and Flashforward is taking over the entire building for the event. In addition to its beauty, it has great restaurants, the largest gym in Austin, 24-hour room service, a spa, and wireless IT throughout the entire hotel (perhaps the feature we like best).

The pre-conference workshop day is September, 11; and the three-day conference will be held during the subsequent days. We encourage you to stay for the weekend, as Austin City Limits begins on September, 15; which is right after the conference ends! So why not make arrangements to come and stay for the weekend? Zillow has recently announced an Open API that will allow third parties to include Zillow information inside their own websites.

That means any realtor's website will be able to display, for example, the price of the properties recently sold on a certain area. It goes with out saying, that this information is extremely useful to home buyers.

You can automatically pinpoint those properties from Zillow on your DB Mapper, allowing potential home buyers to check out that valuable information they provide.
