FindMe! Dynamic is the perfect locator map for any 'Map & Directions' page of any website.

This highly interactive map is focused on a single location and displays an eight square mile area. It is a reasonably priced solution that allows customers to place points of interest on their map.

FindMe! Dynamic is intended for companies or professionals who need to show a map of one or two locations on their websites.

If you plan on mapping several locations or your project requirements don't allow for you to use Flash, then FindMe! Dynamic may not be the best tool.

In the case that you prefer not to use Flash we recommend you try FindMe! Static instead.

If your goal is to map several locations, then DB Mapper would be a better choice.

FindMe! Dynamic provides dynamic maps and are created in a flash format, thus providing a unique interactive experience.

FindMe! Static on the other hand is comprised of static GIF images that do not allow for interaction. Please see Products > Compare for more details.

FindMe! Dynamic and DB Mapper provide a very similar interactive experience. While the FindMe! Dynamic is based on a single location on the map, the DB Mapper allows you to map any number of locations or points of interest. Please see Products > Compare for more details.

Embedding FindMe! Dynamic into your website is a piece of cake. A running html file is provided along with the maps, so that you can easily test your project and cut & paste the html code into your own web pages.

FindMe! Dynamic are flash binary files (.swf), which makes them compatible with Studio MX, Dreamweaver MX, Flash MX, Contribute, Breeze, Flex, Central, and Cold Fusion.

Please note that you cannot launch them from Freehand or Fireworks.

We cover the entire US territory (all 50 states and the Federal District of Columbia), including U.S. Possessions and Freely Associated States (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Midway and other Minor Outlying Islands).

You can customize the map in several ways, but you cannot modify the layout of the map itself; we would have to do that for you.

We have a cartography department available for such jobs at very reasonable fees.

POI stands for Point Of Interest. These are landmarks you may want to display around your focused location as additional information for your visitors, such as hotels, restaurants, public transport stations or any other points you feel would help guide your visitors.

Yes you can. Our products are flexible and allow you to add, remove and modify POIs from a map at your leisure.

Based on our experience, we believe driving directions are not useful for our clients. Potential visitors to a company's facilities do prefer a well written text explaining how to get there from different highways or city districts to a driving directions service.

Please note that virtually all big companies, including those running mapping services like Microsoft or Yahoo! opt for providing written instruction on how to get to their facilities, rather than relying on their own product's driving directions.

Furthermore, we pride ourselves on provide 'Pay once, use forever' licensing, which would not be possible if driving directions were offered. Unfortunately the only way to offer driving directions would be by subscribing to a third party's services, whose licensing is based upon a per hit usage. Integrating such a solution would ultimately increase the prices we offer our clients.

Yes, visitors require Flash Player 7 to view FindMe! Dynamic maps. It is estimated that over 98% of connected systems already have it installed. If a user is not running this version, they will be prompted to install it.

The prices offered are for web builders. Note that, for a final client, a resale margin and project integration costs may be applied by the web builder.

This is why the final cost of a project may vary from one case to another.

FindMe! Dynamic is a highly affordable solution starting as low as $39.95 on a 'Pay Once, Use Forever' license. Payment can be made directly through our website.

You have the option of downloading a fully functional free trial map that is water marked. You may purchase the final project at any time, which will not contain the aforementioned watermark.

You are not obligated to purchase until both you and your clients are fully satisfied.

Yes, your FindMe! license allows you to use your map both on your website and on promotional CDs at no extra cost.

Each FindMe! map is licensed and focused on a particular address, in the event that you would like to display multiple locations you would have to purchase one per location.

Depending on the number of locations to be displayed, DB Mapper may be a better and more cost-effective solution. Please take a moment to look at Products>Compare section for a full comparison of these two products.

The license allows you to use your FindMe! Dynamic map on several websites provided they all belong to the same owner. You cannot however, use it on a website that belongs to a non-related company.

'Pay once, use forever' means you only pay once, just like with any regular software. There are no additional monthly, annual or per-hit costs.

No, those names appear only in the area located next to the map's center. As the user zooms out, only main-street information is displayed.

Yes, you can. In fact, we recommend you include a link to your 'Map & Directions' page where the map is embedded. This is an excellent way of including very useful information as required without overloading anyone's in-box.

We only use a street's official name. Our cartography department can modify any street name at very reasonable fees.

We keep our databases as up-to-date as possible, but due to constant change, occasionally there may be sections that become outdated. Our cartography department would be more than happy to modify any discrepancy for a reasonable cost.

The yellow color denominates a city's main roads.

Once purchased, your FindMe! Dynamic (i. e. system and data) is downloaded and hosted on your web server. Our maps allow you to be self-sufficient so you do not depend on Flashmaps or any other third-party.

The red and green colors refer to highways, where the red takes precedence and indicates roadways of higher importance.

FindMe! Dynamic consist a series of pre-built maps and other files in Flash format, swf files. No mapping server is required, so it runs on literally any web server, namely Cold Fusion, Jrun, Apache, IIS, etc.
